Hiring: Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Remote)
We’re building a customer support team for U.S.-based companies and looking for someone with hands-on Trustpilot experience.
The role:
Reach out to customers who left a negative review, understand what went wrong, coordinate a solution with the client’s team, and follow up until the case is resolved. Once the customer is satisfied, they can choose to update their review.
You have:
Experience managing Trustpilot reviews or online reputation
Advanced English and Spanish, written and spoken
A proactive mindset: you take the next step without waiting to be told
Empathy and good judgment with frustrated customers
Clear, polished writing
We offer:
$1,200/month
100% remote
Monday to Friday, 9 working hours + 1 hour lunch
Weekends off
