We're growing at Hello Wash and looking for a talented, hands-on CRM & Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time!
What you'll be doing:
Build and manage SMS and email marketing campaigns.
Create automated drip campaigns and customer journeys.
Develop customer retention, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
Manage CRM marketing for multiple client accounts.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
Help execute Hello Wash's own marketing and lead generation efforts.
What we're looking for:
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
Excellent English communication skills.
Someone proactive, creative, and comfortable taking ownership.
