Administration Manager in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities
Campus Operations & Atmosphere: Manage daily center operations between 11:30 PM and 7:00 PM; coordinate with campus housekeeping and security to ensure clean, safe, and well-organized learning spaces before and after classes.
Student Admissions & Attendance: Oversee the student enrollment process, maintain up-to-date rosters, monitor attendance daily, and implement retention measures.
Faculty Coordination: Ensure appointed teachers and instructors arrive punctually, classes start and finish on schedule, and lessons align with holistic learning objectives.
Parent & Community Engagement: Act as the trusted liaison for mothers and families; communicate progress, address concerns with warmth and respect, and build community buy-in.
HQ Coordination & Reporting: Maintain close daily contact with Sarvam Shakti Headquarters in DLF Phase 1, sharing attendance logs, operational updates, and feedback.
Brand & Values Ambassadorship: Represent Sarvam Shakti’s ethos with professionalism, integrity, and genuine dedication to grassroots empowerment.
