ANYTHING ANYWHERE is an upcoming on demand task assistance platform designed to connect people who need tasks done with reliable individuals who are available to complete them.
The vision is to build a platform where users can find help for everyday tasks, save time, and access assistance whenever and wherever they need it. At the same time, the platform will create flexible earning opportunities for people who want to earn during their free time.
We aim to build a scalable, technology driven platform that can expand across multiple cities and service categories.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly capable and entrepreneurial Technical Co Founder who can take complete ownership of the technology side of ANYTHING ANYWHERE.
This is not a conventional salaried developer position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a company, contribute to its long term vision, and grow alongside the business.
The ideal candidate should be capable of taking the product from idea to launch, building the mobile application, developing the backend infrastructure, managing databases and APIs, deploying the platform, and maintaining the complete technology ecosystem.
Instead of a fixed salary at the initial stage, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to receive an equity stake in the company, subject to mutual agreement, company structure, and appropriate legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mobile App Development
• Build and maintain the customer facing mobile application.
• Develop the service provider or tasker application, or a unified application with separate user roles, depending on the product requirements.
• Create a clean, intuitive, modern, and user friendly interface.
• Implement user registration, login, profiles, task posting, task discovery, booking, order tracking, notifications, and other core features.
• Ensure smooth performance across Android and iOS devices.
2. Frontend Development
• Build responsive and high performance user interfaces.
• Convert product requirements and design concepts into functional application screens.
• Implement location based features, search, filters, booking flows, and real time status updates.
• Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience.
3. Backend Development
• Design and develop the complete backend architecture.
• Build secure APIs and business logic.
• Manage user accounts, task listings, bookings, payments, commissions, notifications, and service provider workflows.
• Implement authentication, role based access, data validation, and security controls.
• Design a scalable database architecture that supports future growth.
4. Core Platform Features
• Location based matching between customers and available taskers.
• Task posting, acceptance, assignment, and cancellation workflows.
• Booking management and task status tracking.
• Payment gateway integration and commission management.
• Ratings, reviews, and user feedback.
• Push notifications and in app communication.
• Verification workflows and appropriate safety features.
• Admin dashboard for managing users, tasks, transactions, and platform operations.
5. Deployment and Infrastructure
• Set up cloud infrastructure, hosting, databases, and storage.
• Manage development, testing, deployment, and production environments.
• Configure domains, APIs, monitoring, backups, and application releases.
• Maintain application stability, performance, and security.
• Manage app store deployment and future updates.
6. Technology Leadership
• Select the right technology stack based on scalability, reliability, development speed, and cost.
• Make architectural decisions and establish sound coding practices.
• Maintain the complete source code, documentation, and technical infrastructure.
• Plan future product improvements and technical expansion.
• Eventually build and lead a technology team as the company grows.
Required Technical Skills
We are looking for someone with strong practical expertise in most or all of the following areas:
• Cross platform mobile development using Flutter or React Native, or strong native Android and iOS development skills.
• Frontend development using technologies such as React, React Native, Flutter, or equivalent frameworks.
• Backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or comparable technologies.
• Database design using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or suitable alternatives.
• REST APIs and, where appropriate, real time communication technologies.
• Cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent platforms.
• Git, GitHub, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production debugging.
• Payment gateway integration, maps, geolocation, and push notifications.
• Application security, data protection, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
You do not need to use every technology listed. We value the ability to select the right tools and deliver a reliable product over simply knowing a long list of technologies.

Previous startup or co founder experience is a plus, but demonstrated ability and commitment matter more than job titles.
Compensation and Equity
ANYTHING ANYWHERE is currently at an early stage, and we are looking for a founding technology partner who is willing to contribute their expertise and time in exchange for an agreed equity stake rather than an initial fixed salary.
The equity percentage, vesting terms, responsibilities, decision making rights, and future compensation arrangements will be discussed transparently and mutually agreed upon before the partnership is formalized.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who is comfortable with the risks of an early stage startup and motivated by the opportunity to build long term company value.
