Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Draftsman role based in Mumbai. The Architectural Draftsman will prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects, following design concepts provided by architects and project leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include converting sketches and design briefs into accurate plans, sections, and elevations; updating drawings based on design changes; coordinating with architects, engineers, and site teams; and ensuring drawings comply with local building codes and standards. The role also involves organizing drawing sets, maintaining documentation, and supporting project planning activities to ensure timely execution.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for residential and commercial projects
Foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
Proficiency in technical Drawing and drafting standards
Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and digital drafting tools
Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and basic structural concepts
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering documents accurately
Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Mumbai
