Academic Lead (Volunteer)

Jentech AI is looking for a proactive and organised Academic Lead to support tutors and coordinate the academic delivery of our practical technology learning programmes.
This is not a teaching role. You will work closely with tutors and the programme team to ensure classes, learning materials, assignments, and other academic activities run smoothly and according to plan.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with tutors on course delivery and learning activities.
Monitor academic progress and follow up on agreed plans.
Identify and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Maintain consistent communication with tutors and the programme team.
Recommend improvements to support learner success.
Requirements
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience in education, technical training, or programme coordination is an advantage.
Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.
