Role Description
We are seeking motivated, experienced Remote Sales Closers to join our growing sales organization.
This full-time remote opportunity focuses on converting qualified prospects into paying customers through professional, consultative sales conversations.
Unlike traditional cold-calling positions, our sales process uses an AI Voice Agent to engage and qualify prospective customers before routing interested individuals to human sales representatives.
Our closers focus on understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products, handling objections, and helping qualified customers complete purchases.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive qualified inbound calls and warm transfers from NIJA’s AI Voice Agent through JustCall.
* Conduct professional discovery conversations to understand customer needs, experience, and goals.
* Present NIJA AI Trading subscriptions, trading education, and approved product offerings.
* Explain pricing, product features, subscription terms, and customer benefits.
* Handle objections confidently without misleading or pressuring prospects.
* Assist customers through approved Stripe checkout processes.
* Follow up with interested prospects through authorized phone calls, email, and messaging.
* Maintain accurate customer records, call summaries, and sales outcomes using Apollo CRM and JustCall.
* Collaborate with AI-assisted lead-generation and marketing workflows.
* Meet agreed-upon sales conversion, follow-up, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Follow all applicable consumer-protection, privacy, telemarketing, and financial-marketing requirements.

* $50 per month following a 14-day free trial.

Sales Commission: $15 per qualifying new paid subscription.

* $99 one-time purchase.
* Educational material focused on trading fundamentals, market concepts, risk management, and disciplined decision-making.
Sales Commission: $25 per qualifying completed purchase.
Additional products and commission opportunities may become available as NIJA expands.
Compensation & Earnings
This position is structured as a commission-based sales opportunity, subject to applicable employment and independent-contractor laws.
* $15 per qualifying new Founding 100 paid subscription.
* $25 per qualifying Trading Foundations purchase.
* Uncapped eligible commissions.
* AI-assisted lead qualification and sales routing.

Commissions are earned and paid according to a written agreement, including eligibility, payment timing, and applicable refund or chargeback provisions.
Illustrative commission earnings:
* 20 subscription sales + 10 course sales = $550.
* 40 subscription sales + 20 course sales = $1,100.
* 80 subscription sales + 40 course sales = $2,200.
These examples are hypothetical, not guaranteed earnings or forecasts. Actual compensation depends on completed qualifying sales.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in consultative sales, commission-based closing, or subscription sales.
* Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
* Experience managing qualified leads and structured sales conversations.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms, online dialers, video conferencing, and remote communication tools.
* Ability to work independently while maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-through.
* Strong time management, organization, and accountability.
* Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and maintain a professional customer experience.
* Stable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
* Availability during agreed-upon calling and sales coverage hours.
* Experience in fintech, SaaS, financial education, online business, or B2B/B2C subscription sales is preferred.
AI-Powered Sales Environment
Our sales representatives work alongside NIJA’s AI-assisted customer engagement infrastructure.
The AI Voice Agent is designed to help:
* Engage and qualify interested prospects.
* Identify customer questions and product interests.
* Route qualified conversations to available human closers.
* Support follow-up scheduling and CRM documentation.
Human representatives remain responsible for ethical sales conversations, accurate product explanations, and appropriate customer service.
Sales Ethics & Compliance

Sales representatives must never:

* Misrepresent AI trading capabilities or product availability.
* Provide unauthorized personalized investment advice.
* Pressure customers into purchases.
* Mislead customers about subscription pricing, cancellation terms, or risks.
* Contact prospects without appropriate authorization.
All representatives must follow company-approved messaging and applicable laws.
