Videographer/Photographer

This is an in-person, per-shoot contract role. You work near where you live, on location at a client's own space. It is not a work-from-home job.
Alofil is a small video studio that makes short-form video for founder-led consumer brands: supplements, skincare, apparel and food. Everything is filmed in person at the brand's own space, with the founder on camera, the team, the warehouse and how the product gets made. I write the shot list and do all of the editing. I hire an independent camera operator near each client to run the shoot day.
What a day looks like
- Up to 8 hours on location
- You bring your own camera, audio and basic lighting
- Talking head and B-roll, mostly vertical for social and ads
- You shoot to my written shot list
- You upload the footage when you are done. There is no editing on your end.
How it works
- Per-shoot independent contractor agreement, not employment
- Half of the fee is paid when the day is booked
- Shoots come up as brands in your area sign on. I cannot promise dates or volume.
- I would rather call someone I have already talked to than start from scratch, so applying now puts you on the list.
