Role Description This is a full-time remote Truck Driver role that primarily involves operating company trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, following assigned routes and schedules, loading and unloading cargo as needed, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The Truck Driver will comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies, communicate with dispatch regarding routes and delivery status, and report any vehicle issues promptly. The role requires professionalism when interacting with customers and other stakeholders, as well as adherence to all traffic laws and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A license and demonstrated Truck Driving experience
Ability to safely operate and maneuver a Truck under varying road and weather conditions
Knowledge of DOT Regulations and commitment to strict compliance with safety standards
Experience with basic loading, securing, and Unloading of freight
Clean driving record and ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings
Strong time management skills and reliability in meeting delivery schedules
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly with dispatch, and follow written and verbal instructions
Physical ability to handle manual tasks associated with driving and cargo handling
