Build Practical Data Experience
An opportunity is available for an Entry-Level Data Optimization Analyst to join a remote team and assist with the day-to-day management and quality of digital information.
You don't need an extensive data background to be considered. This position focuses on structured, process-driven work, making it suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable using a computer and interested in developing practical data experience.
Training and guidance will be provided as part of the onboarding process.
What Your Day Could Look Like
You'll work with digital information and internal systems to help keep records accurate and properly organised.
Typical activities may involve:
Reviewing existing information and identifying simple errors
Entering and updating records within online systems
Checking information for accuracy and completeness
Correcting straightforward data inconsistencies
Organising and maintaining digital records
Completing assigned system and data-processing tasks
Following documented procedures and quality guidelines
Supporting other routine data administration when required
Who Could Be a Good Match?
We're interested in candidates who are comfortable with everyday computer tasks and can work carefully with information.
Good attention to detail, organisation and the ability to follow instructions are important. You should also be comfortable managing assigned tasks independently while working remotely.
Experience with Excel or spreadsheets can be useful, but it isn't essential.
This is an entry-level position, so previous professional experience as a Data Analyst is not required.
