Senior Technical Recruiter

The Role
• Own full-cycle technical recruiting for R&D roles, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to Hiring Managers, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Manage a full desk of priority requisitions, ensuring candidates move through the hiring process efficiently and data is meticulously maintained.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute recruiting plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Implement and champion a competency-based hiring process, including scorecard development and debrief facilitation.
• Utilize DEI sourcing strategies to broaden candidate pools and enhance quality of hire.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within high-growth tech environments, with a focus on senior engineering and management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume desk of concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality and service level agreements.
• Experience acting as a trusted talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions with data and market intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with structured interviewing methodologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A track record of successfully implementing DEI sourcing and fair assessment practices.
• Strong communication skills, with experience facilitating productive hiring discussions and providing clear updates.
