Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on attracting and engaging top talent for R&D and/or G&A functions.
• Prioritize workload and adapt to changing business needs to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
• Review and manage substantial inbound application volume, quickly identifying high-caliber candidates.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers to navigate complex hiring scenarios, clarify requirements, and drive decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular communication and subject matter expertise.
• Drive inclusive recruitment processes by educating stakeholders on best practices and delivering diverse candidate pipelines.
What You'll Need
• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting, partnering with hiring managers across various functions.
• Proficiency in using recruitment data and metrics to inform hiring decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Experience using Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
