Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in Tiruchirappalli. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to highlight makeup services, client transformations, and brand updates. Daily tasks include monitoring online engagement, responding to comments and messages, and supporting paid and organic campaigns that drive brand awareness and inquiries. The role involves tracking basic performance metrics, preparing simple reports, and suggesting improvements for ongoing digital marketing efforts. The intern will collaborate closely with the makeup artist and any support staff to align digital activities with current bookings, seasonal offers, and featured looks.
Qualifications
Ability to support Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing activities, including content posting and audience engagement.
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and comfort working with Web Analytics tools or platform insights.
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear, brand-appropriate messages.
Interest in beauty, fashion, or makeup industries and willingness to learn current digital trends and platform best practices.
Basic familiarity with graphic design or photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli, manage time effectively, and collaborate respectfully with a small, creative team.
Relevant coursework or training in marketing, communications, or media is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in digital marketing is a plus.
