We’re Hiring: E-commerce Operations Executive
Role : We are looking for a responsible and communicative E-commerce Operations Executive to manage order confirmations, abandoned cart recovery, shipment tracking, and payment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm customer orders and verify COD orders.
- Recover abandoned carts through calls and WhatsApp.
- Track Delhivery shipments and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Monitor RTO orders and help improve successful delivery rates.
- Track remittances and update payment records.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel or Google Sheets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- 12th pass or above preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Training
One week of initial training will be provided by our team.
What You’ll Do
Help us improve order conversions, reduce RTOs, increase successful deliveries, and maintain accurate e-commerce operations.
