Role Description The General Manager role at ZCC TECHNO PVT. LTD. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The General Manager oversees day-to-day operations across engineering and construction projects, ensuring that delivery aligns with quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing project planning and resource allocation, monitoring project progress, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves coordinating with clients and stakeholders, reviewing technical and commercial proposals, managing budgets and risk, and supporting strategic business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience in project management, project monitoring, and operational control within engineering or construction sectors.
Working knowledge of geotechnical, structural, telecom, or construction services, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation for complex projects.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process and quality improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related technical field; a master’s degree or management qualification is an advantage.
Several years of experience in senior or general management roles within engineering, infrastructure, or construction industries.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical business practices.
