Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role based in the Greater Bhopal Area. The GET will support daily workshop and service operations, including assisting in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance activities, and quality checks under the supervision of senior engineers. The role involves learning and applying company procedures, documenting work performed, and coordinating with service advisors and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. The GET will also be expected to participate in training sessions, follow safety and compliance standards, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Over time, the GET will take on more responsibility in technical decision-making and customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle diagnostics, and basic maintenance practices.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in technical work.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and customers.
Candidates should possess the ability to follow safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, adapt to fast-paced workshop environments, and take feedback constructively.
Proficiency in MS Office, basic data entry, and report preparation would be beneficial.
Prior internship or project experience in the automotive sector would be an added advantage.
