Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Round Up Country LLC. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting, manage cash flow, and develop forecasts that support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining internal controls and compliance with applicable regulations. The CFO will partner with executive leadership to evaluate investments, manage risk, optimize capital structure, and provide clear financial insights to guide business strategy. The role also includes building and mentoring the finance team, improving financial processes and systems, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational and financial performance.
Qualifications
Strong finance and financial planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Expertise in financial statements and financial reporting, with the ability to interpret and present results clearly.
Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as CFO or equivalent in a growing organization.
Thorough understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to lead and develop finance teams, manage remote collaboration, and build effective cross-functional relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or MBA) is preferred.
