ARS Financial is recruiting proven B2B sales professionals, account executives, and well-connected referral partners across South Africa.
We recover overdue commercial debt on a 100% No-Win, No-Fee model. You open the doors to decision-makers sitting on uncollected invoices—our back-end handles the entire legal and recovery process.
Elite Commission & Residual Model:
Uncapped 30% Fee Cut: Direct share on every successful recovery.
12-Month Residual Stream: Earn on every single recovery your clients generate for a full year.
High-Ticket Example: Recover R100k for a client -> R4,500 direct payout. One solid corporate account can pay out R15,000 – R30,000+ per year in ongoing passive income.
Who We Want:
Experienced B2B sales reps and closers who know how to pitch C-suite executives.
