About the Role
Unleashed Artists Records is seeking an organized, proactive individual to help expand the label's industry network and support artist development. Responsibilities include scouting emerging artists, researching venues and booking opportunities, reaching out to industry professionals, and building a nationwide database of contacts, including promoters, videographers, photographers, producers, and other creative professionals.
Responsibilities
Research and scout potential artists for the label.
Identify venues, promoters, and performance opportunities for signed artists.
Build and maintain an organized database of industry contacts.
Conduct professional outreach and develop industry relationships.
Research creative service providers and potential business partnerships.
Document contacts, communications, and opportunities for future use.
Qualifications
Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
Interest in music, entertainment, and artist development.
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and contact management tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Previous music industry or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
