Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will oversee the company's financial strategy, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting operations, treasury management, financial reporting, and risk management.
As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to enhance financial performance, establish scalable financial systems, support strategic business decisions, and drive sustainable organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional financial leadership, strong analytical skills, and extensive experience managing complex financial operations within a growing enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and treasury management. Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team regarding business growth, investments, and operational performance.
Lead the annual budgeting process, long-term financial planning, and financial performance evaluation.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, capital allocation, and financial resources.
Establish and maintain effective financial controls, accounting policies, compliance processes, and risk management frameworks. Analyze financial statements, operating expenses, revenue performance, profitability, and key financial metrics.
Build financial models and strategic forecasts to evaluate business opportunities, investment projects, partnerships, and expansion plans. Oversee financial reporting to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with external auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors, and professional service providers. Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to safeguard company assets and strengthen financial stability. Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency, optimize cost structures, and enhance financial accountability. Evaluate financing opportunities, capital requirements, and strategic investment decisions. • Lead projects for financial system upgrades, report automation, and process optimization. Build, mentor, and manage high-performing finance and accounting teams. Report on financial performance and provide strategic recommendations and business forecasts.
