Position: Chemistry Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65–$105/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Write synthesis or characterization problems from your own work. Include substrate, conditions, analytical data, and reference answers.
Grade model-proposed routes and mechanisms. Evaluate disconnection sensibility, selectivity claims, and spectra-structure alignment.
Flag model proposals that fail in practice due to side reactivity, workup losses, or reagent tolerance.
Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model training and evaluation.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Graduate degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Laboratory or computational research experience.
Clear written communication skills.
Comfort with ambiguous tasks and ability to flag unclear instructions.
