About Grossmann
Grossmann is a German machine-building company specialised in winding technology and cutting systems for roll-to-roll converting (paper, film, foil, foam). We design and sell winding shafts, unwinders and rewinders, knife cassettes, slitters and sheet-metal shears to industrial customers across Europe. Our new engineering office in Edappally, Kochi works directly with our chief designer in Germany.
What you will do
Create complete manufacturing drawings from existing 3D models: assembly drawings with parts lists and part drawings with dimensions, fits, tolerances, surface finish and material
Work to ISO/DIN drawing standards using our company templates
Help develop our modular winder kit (unwinders, rewinders, brakes, drives) together with our German chief designer
Check models for errors and suggest improvements
What we are looking for
B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Some real design experience (internships and projects count)
Autodesk Inventor preferred (SolidWorks or CATIA also welcome)
Understanding of fits, tolerances, GD&T and manufacturing processes
Careful, reliable working style and willingness to learn German engineering standards
What we offer
Salary: Rs. 30,000 per month
Office in Edappally, Kochi (on-site)
