Job Requirements
Job Summary
Looking for a AI/ML Senior Engineer at Architect level with strong 100% hands-on experience to identify, architect, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and drive initiatives from ideation through production.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to identify and drive AI/ML business initiatives and use cases.
Translate business problems and requirements into scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions.
Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions while remaining fully hands-on technically.
Lead solution architecture, POCs, model development, integration, and deployment.
Drive adoption of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and other relevant AI technologies.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for business transformation.
Establish best practices around AI solution design, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps/LLMOps.
Required Skills
12+ years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML engineering and solution architecture.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI application development.
Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, model deployment, MLOps/LLMOps, and enterprise integration.
Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and convert business requirements into practical AI solutions.
Strong problem-solving, architecture, technical leadership, and communication skills.
Key Expectation
This is a 100% hands-on Architect-level role, not a purely managerial or advisory position. The candidate should be able to identify AI opportunities, define the solution architecture, make technical decisions, and personally contribute to the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
