Job Summary

This role primarily focuses on manual testing with exposure to automation, supporting end-to-end verification of system functionality and data integrity. Operating in an offshore environment, the QA Analyst will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to identify defects early, validate requirements, and maintain compliance with organizational standards. The purpose of this role is to deliver defect-free solutions, enhance user confidence, and contribute to smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough manual testing of business applications to ensure quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify defects early in the development process.
Validate system functionality and data integrity through disciplined testing methodologies.
Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Support automation testing efforts as needed, leveraging existing tools and frameworks.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
