Role Overview
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our research, task intelligence, and SOP development initiatives.
You will research business problems, analyze information, identify patterns, document workflows, and help transform raw data into structured knowledge that can support real-world business execution.
Your research will contribute to our evolving system of task IDs, project workflows, reusable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and AI-assisted human execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research.
- Collect, organize, verify, and document relevant data from reliable sources.
- Identify business problems, opportunities, trends, and operational inefficiencies.
- Break down business requirements into smaller, actionable tasks.
- Research how different tasks are executed across business functions.
- Document workflows, required resources, tools, inputs, and expected deliverables.
- Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs, research reports, templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Analyze completed tasks to identify repeatable processes, common errors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of Task IDs and Project IDs for structured task execution.
- Assist in organizing research data for AI-assisted workflows and knowledge systems.
- Coordinate with technical, marketing, sales, and operations teams when required.
- Maintain research accuracy, confidentiality, documentation quality, and timely reporting.

- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, documents, and online research tools.

Bonus skills: Competitor analysis, market research, data visualization, AI prompting, workflow mapping, process documentation, and basic understanding of SOP development.
