Role Description The Artist role at Parimalamrutha is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Artist will create original artworks, illustrations, and visual concepts aligned with project briefs and the organization’s creative vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, sketching and refining designs, preparing artwork for display or production, and collaborating with other creative team members. The Artist will participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, maintain a consistent artistic style where required, and ensure all work is delivered on time. Additional tasks may include preparing portfolios, supporting exhibitions or events, and maintaining an organized archive of completed works.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in drawing, painting, illustration, or digital art, with a portfolio demonstrating creative range.
Proficiency with relevant artistic tools and software (e.g., sketching materials, Adobe Creative Suite, or other digital art platforms).
Ability to develop visual concepts from written or verbal briefs and adapt artistic style to different projects.
Attention to detail and quality, including composition, color, form, and overall visual impact.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Formal education in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent professional experience in art and design.
Interest in contemporary art trends and willingness to learn new techniques and mediums.
