Role Description The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules and production plans for façade engineering projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves coordinating with design, production, and project management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Daily tasks include preparing detailed project timelines, tracking progress against milestones, analyzing variances, and updating stakeholders with clear reports and forecasts. The role also includes overseeing project control processes, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement in planning and production workflows. The Senior Planning Engineer works closely with internal and external partners to maintain alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills to manage project schedules and resource allocation effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities for monitoring performance, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and report project status to stakeholders.
Relevant experience in construction, façade engineering, or related project-based industries, preferably in a senior or lead planning role.
Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar software).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline; advanced certifications in project planning or project management are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary project environments.
