Customer Success Specialist

Join a U.S.-based technology consulting team with an international outlook. Digital Talent Hub (DTH) works with clients and technical teams across markets, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and keeping things moving.
You’ll be a friendly, reliable point of contact for clients and partners. From everyday questions to project follow-ups, you’ll make sure people feel heard, informed, and supported.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
• Coordinate calls, client requests, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
• Work with U.S.-based colleagues and international teams to keep communication clear and timely.
• Track open items, share progress updates, and help resolve issues before they grow.
• Support client engagement and selected account-development activities.
What we’re looking for
• Excellent spoken and written English; C1 level or equivalent communication ability preferred.
• Experience in customer success, client services, account management, sales, or hospitality.
• A warm, confident communication style and sound professional judgment.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort with video calls and remote collaboration.
• Based in Spain and able to arrange reasonable working-hour overlap with U.S. colleagues.
