International Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a multilingual International Logistics Coordinator to support cross-border commodity trading and logistics operations connected to the UAE and international markets.
The ideal candidate has experience in international shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain coordination, or commodity trading—and can communicate professionally in English, Russian, and Persian (Farsi or Dari).
Mandatory Language Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate professional working proficiency in all three languages:
English
Russian
Persian (Farsi or Dari)
All three languages are essential for communicating with international suppliers, logistics partners, and business stakeholders. Applicants who do not meet all three requirements will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Coordinate international shipments and monitor delivery schedules.
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers.
Prepare and organize shipping documents and trade paperwork.
Track shipment progress and resolve delays or logistical issues.
Support supplier sourcing and logistics-provider relationships.
Maintain shipment records, logistics trackers, and operational reports.
Assist with import/export documentation and applicable trade compliance procedures.
Provide regular operational updates to management.
Requirements
Professional proficiency in English, Russian, and Persian (Farsi or Dari).
Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, supply chain, or import/export.
Knowledge of international shipping documentation and transportation processes.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across time zones.
Reliable internet connection and availability for agreed working hours.
Experience with commodity trading, agricultural products, metals, petrochemicals, UAE operations, or Central Asian trade routes is an advantage.
