💼 Role Overview
As part of our remote sales team, you will drive B2B sales, client acquisition and revenue growth by selling:
Franchise consulting and expansion solutions
Media, advertising and franchise marketing services
Lead generation and business growth campaigns
You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage with founders, CXOs and business owners, and build long-term business relationships — all while working remotely.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads through cold calling, LinkedIn and digital outreach
Manage the sales pipeline, CRM and revenue targets
Drive consulting, advertising and franchise solutions sales
Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives

3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, inside sales, consulting or advertising sales
Strong communication, negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Experience selling to decision-makers, founders or business owners
A target-driven mindset with a passion for revenue growth
Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with relevant regional languages based on the assigned territory
Self-disciplined professionals who can manage targets, productivity and client relationships in a remote work environment
💰 Compensation & Career Growth
Inside Sales Manager: ₹12 LPA CTC
Assistant Manager: ₹9 LPA CTC
Sales Executive: ₹6 LPA CTC
Salary Structure: 60% Fixed + 40% Variable Incentives
