HIRING: REGIONAL MANAGER – UNIVERSITY & INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to drive university partnerships, B2B sales, and revenue growth!
Key Details :
Role: Cluster Manager – University & Institutional Business
Location: Tamil Nadu/Kerala Cluster: Tamil Nadu, Kerala
Experience: 3 – 10 Years
Travel: Extensive travel across the assigned cluster
Compensation: As per industry norms
What You’ll Do:
Acquire new universities and colleges across Tamil Nadu, Kerala. Engage with senior decision-makers (VCs, Deans, Directors, TPOs) to close MoUs & institutional deals. Lead, mentor, and guide Inside Sales and Field Executives. Expand existing accounts and manage revenue pipelines.
What We Are Looking For:
3–10 years in B2B/Institutional Sales, EdTech, or University Partnerships.
Strong university network across South India.
Proven track record of high-value closures and team leadership.
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
