Role Description The CTO / Technical Partner will provide end-to-end technology leadership, overseeing software development, systems architecture, and product engineering for TEXQTIC VENTURES PVT LTD. This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves defining and executing the IT strategy, setting technical standards, and ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading development teams, reviewing and improving codebases and system design, managing technical projects, and collaborating with product and business stakeholders to prioritize features and roadmaps. The role also includes mentoring technical staff, evaluating new tools and platforms, establishing best practices for security and performance, and contributing to long-term product vision and scalability.
Qualifications
Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience building and scaling technology products.
Demonstrated expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing robust, secure, and scalable systems.
Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical initiatives on time.
Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and establishing coding and quality standards.
Hands-on experience with modern development stacks, cloud platforms, APIs, and DevOps practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Prior experience in a senior technical leadership role, startup or venture environment is highly beneficial.
