Role Description The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and engaging suppliers, vendors, and talent to support business needs in Vijayawada East. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing supplier performance, and managing procurement activities to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services. The role also involves supporting recruiting activities by sourcing candidates, coordinating with hiring teams, and maintaining a pipeline of suitable talent. The Sourcing Specialist will participate in contract discussions, assist with negotiations, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada East, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada East, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with sourcing or procurement software will be an advantage.
