Job Description: Welding Robot Programmer
Designation: Engineer / Senior Engineer – Welding Robot Programmer
Experience: 2 years
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Develop, program, and operate welding robots as per fabrication drawings.
Perform robot teaching and re-teaching for new and existing components.
Set and optimize welding parameters to achieve quality output.
Troubleshoot robot programming and welding-related issues.
Optimize robot cycle time and improve productivity.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure defect-free welding.
Maintain robot programs, process parameters, and related documentation.
Key Skills
Knowledge of welding robots and robotic welding processes.
Hands-on experience in robot programming, teaching, and re-teaching.
Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes and parameters.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of robot troubleshooting and cycle-time optimization.
