Job Opportunity: HR Manager at SAAR Education
Are you an experienced and people-focused HR professional? SAAR Education is looking for an HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources functions, support organizational growth, and build a high-performance work culture. If you're passionate about HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and team development—we’d love to connect with you!
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal compliance.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Coordinate with departments for workforce planning and organizational development.
Collaborate with admin, IT, and travel management teams as part of the HR function.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in an education or EdTech environment is a plus. If not , the candidate must have strong communication and rapport-building skills
