Role Description The Marketing Genius role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to position InvesTek as a leading new-age financial services provider, including campaign planning, brand storytelling, and performance tracking. The person in this role will create and manage digital and offline marketing initiatives, coordinate with design and content teams, and optimize campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and events. They will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client profiles to refine messaging and identify new opportunities for lead generation and brand growth. Collaboration with business, product, and advisory teams will be essential to ensure marketing efforts align with commercial objectives and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign planning, with the ability to translate business goals into clear marketing roadmaps.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, performance marketing, content marketing, and email marketing tools.
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and using insights to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
Ability to create compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with content, design, and sales teams.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or related domains, with familiarity around wealth management or investment products being an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and a data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
