Candidates with experience in a recruitment consultancy / consulting firm only.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Knowledge of AI-based sourcing tools and techniques will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
