Position Overview
Manage contracts, claims, and commercial risks to ensure contractual compliance, protect business interests, and support timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Review contracts, amendments, and contractual obligations.
Manage claims, variation orders, EOT, and dispute resolution.
Monitor contract compliance, deadlines, and commercial risks.
Prepare claims documentation, cost assessments, and reports.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and legal teams.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in contract management, claims, or commercial operations.
Knowledge of contract administration, EOT, and variation claims.
Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.
Construction, infrastructure, or engineering project experience is an advantage.
