Yacht Charter Sales Manager

You close deals on the water. We hand you the inventory and the leads.
Gold's Yacht is a Dubai yacht charter operator with 150+ yachts across Dubai Harbour and Dubai Marina, our own booking platform, and in-house catering, decor and water sports. We are hiring one Charter Sales Manager who sells EVENTS: corporate days out, birthdays, proposals, weddings, F1 week, New Year's Eve. Not just four-hour cruises.
HOW THIS WORKS
This is an independent contractor engagement, not employment. You invoice us monthly through your own company or registered self-employed status, you set your own hours, and you can keep other clients (yacht charter competitors excepted). Fixed monthly retainer plus uncapped commission, paid in EUR. No visa sponsorship, no payroll. If you are looking for an employment contract with a UAE visa, this is not that role.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU
Uncapped progressive commission on charters, 2% to 5% as your volume grows, plus 2% on every add-on you upsell: catering, decor, entertainment, water toys. The bigger the event, the bigger your cut.
Warm inbound enquiries from our website, Google and Meta. You are not cold-calling from a list.
150+ yachts from 32 ft to 155 ft. You will almost never lose a deal because we do not have that boat.
Our own CRM: every lead, chat, call and payment in one screen. No chasing managers for a price.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
Own enquiries end to end: first reply, proposal, site visit, closing, deposit.
Build the event around the boat (menu, decor, entertainment, timing) and sell it as one package, at one price.
Push repeat and referral business out of every event you run.
Work the B2B side: event agencies, DMCs, corporate PAs, concierge desks.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF
You have sold events, hospitality or luxury, ideally in the UAE, and can tell us the numbers you closed last season.
You chase the deal. You call back on a Friday night because the client answered on a Friday night.
You negotiate without discounting first.
You are fluent in English. Russian or Arabic is a strong plus.
You are set up to invoice as a company or registered self-employed, or can be within two weeks.

You have never run an event and never want to.
