About Apex Supply Partners LLC
Apex Supply Partners LLC is a federal contractor and institutional supplier specializing in equipment and supply distribution. We contract directly with federal and defense agencies, delivering mission–critical equipment on nationwide purchase orders. Our operations are engineered for statutory compliance and reliable supply chain execution. Every contract we bid is fully capitalized upfront: Apex provides all prime contractor registrations, legal bonding, and dedicated financing to fund 100% of manufacturer purchase orders upon award.
The Role: Direct Supplier Sourcing Desk
We are hiring focused, high–tempo Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Associates in a fully remote, performance–based (1099) capacity. You are not cold–prospecting or bidding on solicitations. Our executive management originates, screens, and allocates pre–vetted federal contract requirements directly to your desk. Your sole responsibility is commercial execution. When leadership assigns an active equipment requirement, you take immediate action: pick up the phone, contact domestic manufacturers and authorized master distributors nationwide, secure wholesale dealer pricing, and lock in firm written quotes. You turn active federal demand into locked, profitable supplier pricing.
Key Responsibilities
– Execute Targeted Deal Allocations: Receive pre–vetted federal equipment requirements directly from leadership – no government portal prospecting or administrative red tape.
– Outbound Supplier Engagement: Conduct direct phone and written outreach to commercial manufacturers, master distributors, and industrial sales desks across the country.
– Wholesale Price Negotiation: Build relationships with commercial sales reps, explain our commercial purchasing terms, overcome supplier hesitation, and negotiate dealer–tier pricing.
– Logistics & Lead–Time Verification: Confirm equipment stock availability, factory production timelines, and freight delivery terms (FOB Destination) to destination receiving docks.
– Compile Submission Packages: Hand off locked, verified supplier quotes and specifications to executive management for final bid submission and contract execution.
Compensation & Performance Incentives
– 100% Performance–Based Commission (1099): Uncapped earning potential directly tied to the realized cash profits of the contracts you price and close.
– Tiered Profit Participation: Associates earn an aggressive, tiered split (3.0% to 10.0% of Collected Net Realized Profit) per fulfilled transaction, scaling up as monthly closed contract volume grows.
– Zero Capital Risk: Apex provides 100% of the corporate backing, prime contractor credentials, working capital, and purchase order financing to fund vendor orders on day one. You carry zero financial liability.
– Independent Remote Work: 100% remote. Operate your desk from anywhere in the United States with full flexibility over your working hours.
Candidate Profile
Zero prior government contracting experience is required. We provide complete operational playbooks, commercial phone scripts, and direct executive support. We evaluate candidates based on work ethic, communication discipline, and character:
– Phone Tenacity & Professional Presence: Confident making 20 to 40 outbound vendor calls per day. You navigate front–desk switchboards smoothly and communicate clearly with industrial sales managers.
– Specification Precision: Meticulous attention to detail regarding manufacturer part numbers, equipment specifications, and line–item pricing sheets.
– Performance–Driven Mindset: Excited by an uncapped commission structure where deal volume and personal output dictate earnings.
– Backgrounds that excel: Inside commercial sales, industrial parts counter sales, freight brokerage/dispatch, B2B outbound phone sales, or hungry professionals ready to execute.
Minimum Requirements
– Must be a US Citizen residing in the United States.
– Must be 18 years of age or older with legal capacity to execute an independent contractor agreement.
– Must have a reliable computer, dedicated phone, and high–speed internet connection.
– Must complete our technical sourcing interview and practical assessment.
