Site Reliability Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our remote team across Latin America. In this role, you’ll help take AI-generated applications from prototype to production, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and ready to scale. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, and observability, collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Take AI-generated applications from prototype to production, making the necessary code and configuration changes for secure deployments.
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform/OpenTofu and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
Configure application security, authentication, secrets management, and access controls.
Implement monitoring and observability solutions to support reliable production services.
Maintain and harden cloud environments to meet security and compliance requirements.
Create reusable infrastructure templates, deployment standards, and automation practices.
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
What we’re looking for
Senior-level experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
A software development background and experience supporting services in production.
Hands-on experience with AWS and working knowledge of Azure.
Experience implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to discuss technical topics and share your perspective clearly.
Nice to have
Experience with AWS CDK, OpenTofu, or GitOps practices.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Experience with cloud security hardening and compliance requirements.
Experience with cloud migrations.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability solutions.
Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
