We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts and finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles, accounting processes, and regulations. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledgers.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Assist in tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Assist in audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and receipts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts and finance.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; further qualifications like CA Inter, CMA, or MBA in Finance are a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate availability to join is preferred.
