We are building a fast-growing multi-location wellness franchise chain and are looking for a hands-on Franchise Operations Manager to take ownership of center setup, operational readiness, SOP implementation, training coordination, vendor management, and ongoing franchise support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end setup of new franchise centers from agreement to launch
• Develop and implement SOPs across all locations
• Coordinate vendors, equipment procurement, interiors, staffing, training, and launch timelines
• Track center readiness through dashboards and milestone plans
• Conduct operational audits and ensure consistent customer experience
• Handle and resolve franchise operational escalations
• Coordinate with franchise owners, HR, training, procurement, and internal teams
• Continuously improve systems and processes as the network expands
🔹 Ideal Candidate
• 4–5+ years of experience in franchise / multi-unit operations
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, clinics, salons, spas, fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred
• Experience managing multiple locations or supporting business expansion
• Strong knowledge of SOP development, vendor management, project management, and operational dashboards
• Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
• Strong ownership, follow-through, coordination, and problem-solving skills
