he ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a proven track record in reporting and analytics. This role is critical in helping our organization leverage data to drive decision-making and improve business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain Story Reports and Dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.
Lead the migration and conversion of existing Canvas/Table reports to Story Reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and best practices.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting outputs.
Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements related to reporting.
Mandatory Skills
SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Reporting Certification (valid certification and proof required)
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (valid certification and proof required)
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Story Reports and Dashboards.
Experience in migration and conversion from Canvas/Table reports to Story Reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules beyond SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
