Senior Manager, Practice Success & Healthcare Operations
US Remote | Full-time | Annual base salary $120,000–$180,000 | Target start November 1, 2026 | Reports to Chief Product Officer
Klarity helps independent healthcare practices operate and grow through technology and services spanning practice workflows, marketing, credentialing, managed billing, and provider and patient support.
We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Manager to personally onboard practices, configure workflows, build customer relationships, and help practices get lasting value from Klarity. You’ll start by owning onboarding and customer delivery alongside our existing internal leads and vendor partners. Broader operations leadership can follow demonstrated delivery and coaching results.
Responsibilities
• Personally lead practice onboarding, from discovery and configuration through training, launch, and adoption. Troubleshoot blockers and coordinate specialist work.
• Own relationships with practice owners, administrators, and providers; lead focused business reviews and follow through on agreed actions.
• Improve retention and identify additional services that meet real customer needs, partnering with Sales and specialists through activation.
• Resolve customer issues involving EHR workflows, credentialing, managed billing, marketing, and provider or patient support; work with Finance and billing specialists on reconciliation and payout questions.
• Build repeatable checklists, training, and workflows; coach teammates and improve delivery across distributed teams.
• Use data and practical automation to reduce recurring problems; partner with Product and Engineering on root causes.
Qualifications
• Substantial experience personally delivering complex customer onboarding or implementation, including configuration, training, troubleshooting, and adoption.
• Direct customer relationship ownership with specific examples of improving outcomes, retention, or service adoption.
• Evidence of effective coaching, mentoring, project leadership, or small-team leadership.
• Clear communication and sound judgment about priorities, operational risks, and specialist escalation.
• Comfortable beginning predominantly hands-on, with leadership scope growing based on results.
Tech-company experience is preferred. Healthcare practice onboarding, credentialing, and insurance billing experience are strong pluses, not requirements. Experience supporting group practices and coordinating offshore or vendor teams is valuable. Implementation leads, senior implementation specialists, senior CSMs who personally onboard customers, and hands-on managers are encouraged to apply.
