🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech – Mechanical / Tool & Die Making

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge of Press Tools & Sheet Metal who can manage marketing, customer relations, and business development for our domestic & international market.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 in automotive sector.
2. Client Management: Client handling, relationship management & technical consultations.
3. Costing & Commercials: Costing, quotation preparation, detailed cost breakdowns & commercial negotiations.
4. Market Research: Market research, competitor analysis & market strategy for product positioning.
5. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Press Tool, Dies, Jigs, Fixtures & Sheet Metal manufacturing.
6. Technical Tools: Proficiency in reading CAD Drawings, ERP and IT tools for marketing & reporting.
7. Cross-functional Leadership: Coordination with design & production teams for timely delivery & continuous improvement mindset.
8. Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop & execute business strategies for Press Tools, Dies, Jigs, Fixtures & Sheet Metal Components.
2. Identify new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers in domestic & international markets.
3. Manage end-to-end customer relationships - from enquiry generation to order finalization.
4. Prepare quotations, detailed cost breakdowns & techno-commercial proposals.
5. Coordinate with Design, Production & Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
6. Conduct market research & competitor analysis for pricing & product positioning.
7. Handle customer development and participate in industrial exhibitions, vendor meets & customer audits.
8. Maintain CRM, track sales pipeline, conversion ratios & support NPD based on market feedback.
