Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in the Pune Division. The Interior Designer will translate client requirements into creative and practical design concepts for residential and commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, developing design proposals, preparing mood boards and material palettes, and creating detailed drawings and layouts. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, overseeing implementation on-site, and ensuring designs are executed within timelines and budget. The Interior Designer will also assist with sourcing furniture, fixtures, and finishes, and support project documentation and quality checks throughout the design process.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and design detailing.
Candidates should possess Space Planning and Architecture-related skills to create functional, code-compliant layouts.
Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills to prepare accurate plans, sections, and elevations for execution.
Candidates should possess FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) skills for selection, specification, and coordination of materials and products.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) and basic knowledge of MS Office.
Strong visual, spatial, and aesthetic sense, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and site teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work on-site as required.
