Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Engineering Marketing role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities for pre-engineered buildings, including prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and supporting the creation of marketing strategies and sales plans. The role also includes preparing presentations and proposals, coordinating with engineering and project teams to align solutions with client needs, and participating in client meetings and site visits. The Pre Engineering Marketing professional will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience and contribute to brand visibility and revenue growth.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and develop targeted campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, negotiate terms, and support deal closure.
Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or pre-engineered buildings is beneficial.
Ability to interpret technical information and present it clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting and client management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to travel for client meetings and project coordination as needed.
