Construction Manager

Role Description The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction-related initiatives that support Prospecta con Éxito’s projects and partnerships, with a focus on aligning work with budget, safety, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising construction activities, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring compliance with applicable construction safety regulations and best practices. The role will involve managing project documentation, tracking progress against project controls, and communicating updates and risks to stakeholders. The Construction Manager will collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, provide guidance to contractors or partners as needed, and recommend improvements to processes and resource allocation. This is a part-time remote role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to oversee construction activities, guide teams, and coordinate external partners.
Candidates should possess Budgeting and Project Control skills to manage costs, track schedules, and ensure projects stay within defined scope.
Candidates should possess Construction and Construction Safety skills to understand construction methods, apply regulations, and maintain safe work practices.
Experience managing remote or distributed projects, with the ability to communicate clearly in en_US and Spanish, is highly beneficial.
Relevant education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools, basic project management software, and an organized, detail-oriented working style will be advantageous.
