✅ 1–5 years of relevant EdTech sales experience
✅ Mandatory experience in selling Online MBA Programs
✅ Strong consultative selling and counselling skills
✅ A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
✅ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
**Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 Counsel prospective learners and understand their career aspirations.
🔹 Drive end-to-end sales of Online MBA Programs through consultative selling.
🔹 Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
🔹 Build strong relationships and guide learners throughout their enrollment journey.
🔹 Address learner queries and provide accurate information about programs.
